FOR PATENT DEPOSITION

1. Power of attorney for each application ; Download

5. Two (2) copies of the descriptive memoir in French ;

6. Three (3) copies of the translation in Arabic of the descriptive memoir ;

8. Certified copy of the document of priority (if applicable) ;

9. Act of assignment of the right of priority (if applicable).

Notes :

* With the exception of the international publication including the descriptive memoir which must be presented on the day of the deposition, all the requested documents can be filed in a period of 2 months starting from the date of entry in national phase of the PCT application (this period can be extended upon request).

* The modified claims can be deposited during a period of one month starting from the date of entry in the national phase of the PCT application.

* The document of priority can be filed during a period of 3 months starting from the date of deposition of the patent otherwise the priority will be rejected.

* The power of attorney must include the name and quality of the signatory.

* The legalisation is not necessary.

* The text of the description as well as its translation in Arabic is written or printed only on the front of the sheet, a 3 to 4 centimeters margin is reserved on the left hand side (right hand side for the Arabic translation) of the sheet, as well as a minimum space of about 3 to 4 centimeters at the top of the first page and at least 8 centimeters at the bottom of the last page. A space equivalent to one and half line space is left between the lines. These are numbered in arabic numbers by 5 to 5 at the beginning of the line ; the numbering restarting at 5 facing the fifth line of each page.

* HINDU numbers are prohibited.

ANNUITIES

1. Filing number and date of the application for a patent ;

2. Name and address of the applicant (when the application has been filed by another attorney).

ASSIGNMENT OF PATENT

1. Power of attorney signed by the assignee ; Download

2. Name, address and nationality of the assignor and the assignee ;

3. Filing number and date of the application of patent or the assigned patent ;

4. Deed of assignment signed by the assignor and the assignee and legalised before the Algerian embassy. Download

* A translation in French must be attached to the contract of transfer established in another language (except for the Arabic).

GRANT OF THE PATENT LICENCE

4. Contract of grant of licence signed by the licensor and the licensee and legalised before the Algerian embassy Download
